But i cant find their website???????

Black Isle is closed. Doesn't look likely anything is gonna come from them anytime soon either.

Fallout 3 was supposedly going to come out among other things, but they got shut down. However, you can find many of their games @ the bioware website.
On a side note, looks like interplay is going down too
