Xor made his threat on Manaan (3th after Dantooine), but even after completing all Star Maps, no sigh of him.

Is this a bug, or do I need to do something else before he appears?

This question has been up almost a thousand times.. That jerk likes to take his sweet time on getting to you.. best way i found to do it is just to fly about and do missions, ect. Eventually the dolt comes looking for you, i cant remember where he came after me, but i beleive it was the Dune Sea where you fight the mandolorian Jango guy.

Indeed, he did eventually pop up on Manaan after a transit (and lots of flying around).

i cant remember a guy named Xor who is he?

He is part of Juhani's past. If you talk enough about her past he will appear. Xor is... rotten, you would have remembered him.

But after got Juhani's sidequest on Xor. I don't find Xor in Tatooine but I did run into him Kashyyyk, Korriban, or
Manaan that ambushed me, Juhani and any party member (Ex. Zaalbar) But I did not run into Xor in Tatooine when I transit back to Ebon Hawk with Juhani in my party on Tatooine.

I met him on Manaan, when I went there to find the last Star Map. Then I went to Tatooine to fight that other Mandalorian with Canderous, and then I did all sorts of other stuff, and when I was on Korriban to sell that spice to the goy at the cantina I met him and kicked his butt when I went back to the Hawk.

I want answer, did you met on Tatooine for second time and attack with Juhani? I cannot find anywhere, only three plants I found that you read my quate. Now had you met him anywhere on Tatooine or not? I keeping trying with Juhani. IF not answered, I will take answer as no.
