Hi, I'm new around here.
I have a question about a mission that is given at the
Imperial Legion fort near Ald'ruhn.
I was ordered to take a dwemer something from
a smuggler's house as a proof for his deeds,
but the only type of ware in his house were "redware",
tones of plates, jars and misc. Are "redware" known as
dwemer stuff? I've tried to take some but the woman at the fort still told me to find the dwemer stuff.
What should I take from the smuggler's house?

I haven't ever done this quest, because I've never done the Imperial Legion stuff before, but I've been sent to find Dwemer this or that, and if you're looking for something Dwemer, it will say "Dwemer (Insert name of object here)" so... Yeah. Just look for something that says that. You said you can only find redware stuff... That's not Dwemer, and if that's all you can find, I don't know how to help you out. Just look a little harder. Or perhaps you're in the wrong place? The quests on Morrowind get a bit tedious for me, and I look in the wrong place sometimes.

yes, they let you cheat a lot. like 'collect the debts or taxes' its easier to pay out of your pocket. you could have to kill the smuggler to find the dwemer articacts on her if you have a junk sneak skill.

He has a dwemer item on the table covered with redare bowls or cups, i forget which. Look carefully.

For a simpler way, you could just pick up all the redware on the table, that makes the dwemer artifact easier to see.
