I was ordered by Falco at Raven Rock to give a report to Cirious (I may be wrong in his name) within 5 hours. I ran to the Fort and Cirious wasn't there
but i gave it to someone els, but there was a trap and i got cursed
by a magic the drain my agility and speed by 50+ points, and give
me extra burden of 150 points. the man told me oops and sent me to
Brodir Grove to give the report to Cirious. I gave him the report and went
back to Falco, he gave some money but he didnt talk about my curse and
now i cant get rid of it.
Did i do something wrong? or should i continue playing and i will recover
from it at the future?

Did you try any restore attribute spells, potions, or magic items? There are a lot of drain attribute attacks that require more than rest to come back.
I never went that far with the colony quests but I don't remember hearing a lot about an over the top, impossible curse.

I did the quest , and didn't notice it annoying me, I'm sure it goes away after a while.

Yeah, it goes away eventually.
