Two Questions!

Does Chloe continue to ToB (is she summonable by the fate spirit)? I have heard mixed things. DOES ANYONE KNOW?
Not so much a question, but if anyone knows of any NPCs (besides Kelsey, Tashia, Soulafein, and Valen) who continue on through ToB (or if any of those DON'T) could you let me know? There was a link for that on TeamBG but I can't reach them anymore, so I was wondering if anyone knew of any decent ones off-hand?

1) No. Chloe does not continue in ToB. For more information about Chloe, check her forum, which can be found here

2) I believe you summed all the NPC's -that continue through SoA as well as ToB- up. There might be a chance that I’m overlooking a NPC, but I'm pretty sure you mentioned all the possible ToB characters.

But you won't lose Chloe in ToB. She simply stops having dialog and quest options.

So you can summon her via fate spirit? (I don't have cheat mode set, so if it requires CLUAing her in, I can't do it). I know Kelsey, Soulafein, Tashia, and Valen (along with several "one-day NPCs) have ToB content. But are any of the others (besides Chloe) even summonable?

No, as Fable and Sytze stated above, you cannot summon Chloe via the Fate Spirit. However, she will remain in your party when you enter ToB from the original game. As of yet, she does not have any ToB content, period.

I don't know anything about Valen, but I do know that you *can* summon Kelsey, Tashia and Solaufein via the Fate Spirit. Given that Valen is made by the same person who created the Solaufein mod I would assume that she can also be summoned, but somebody else will have to verify this.

Regarding other mods. There are several other NPC mods out there in various stages of completion as I recall, but I suggest you scan through the BG 2 Crossroads Sticky to check them out. If you go to their particular websites you should find the information you require.

No Valen

You can't summon Valen. You can summon Kelsey, Tashia & Solaufein.

Yes

Valen will stay, she just has no dialogues, etc. (also true of Chloe)
