Car Arcanum Multiplayer?

Is there anyway to make Car Arcanum Multiplayer? I would love to play the game with my girl in cooperative mode!

No unfortunately there is no way to make ordinary Arcanum or Car Arcanum multiplayer.
In order for a module to be multiplayer it must run on a single map.
Arcanum was made on more than 30 such maps .
So sorry.
