Techumesh, welcome to the forums. I've changed the title to your thread. If you'll read the sticky thread that the site owner created (it's at the top, in capitals, to make sure everybody looks at it), you'll see that we try to let people know in advance when a thread's going to contain spoilers. Yours does, so I've added that fact.

I also made your title relevant to your question. A large number of people simply bypass threads that don't explain in their titles something about their nature.

Please try to remember these in the future, and we hope you enjoy your stay, here.

Spoiler (highlight to read)

Talk to witnesses in the hotel, persuade them to give you some interesting details: 1) the medallion was planted and 2) the sith woman was a dark jedi.
Talk to Sunry's wife about his affair with the Sith

During the trial you should basically stick to facts, no bull**** about spies and heroes. Ask both the hotel-witnesses whether the've actually seen the murder and ask them about what they told you before (planted medallion/dark jedi). Ask Sunry's wife about the affair. Ask Sunry if the Sith would 'object' if he ended the affair.

In your closing statement point out that nobody actually saw the murder, and that the Sith killed the woman because Sunry wanted to end the affair.

*Spoiler*
If you get him to confess to you and then tell him that you'll lie to keep him out of jail, you will get DS points, but so long as you either don't have him confess or don't tell him that you'll lie, you'll be okay. No matter what you don't get LS points (so far as I know), because...well, he really did murder her.
If you want to actually uphold the law, you can always just tell the judges that you have proof he did it. It isn't very satisfying, but in the end, justice is served.

Make sure you talk to Jolee after the trial (regarless of how you let it play out), it's kind of interesting to get his reaction on whether or not he thought the verdict was correct.
