Infinity Engine

Can someone tell me where to download an infinity engine editor? I can't access team bg for some reason to download it and i can't seem to find anywhere else to download it.
there's a link to near infinity site and such at xyx's website, though if you're looking for a specific engine editor, i'm not sure if it's any help.
