New thing discovered!

Post by FireLighter »

In the Umar hills, you know the place with the buncha chickens just sitting there? kill the chickens. The guys wife will go hostile, tell her its between yoiu and the chickens (only option) she stays hostile but DONT attack her. Soon her husband will say, It's ok, they know what they are doing, she turns neutral again, and they walk off. After killing the chickens, you see that one of them have a SWEET gem, called beljuril, I for one have never seen one before. In the description it says it's very rare and expensive and may be the first one discovered. Anyway, I just thought I would share this info, since it is not on the walkthrough. Im not sure of its use, but it sells for $600 :D .

there is a little quest right before that which you can pay like 70 gold total to get it.

The gem is used to upgrade the horn of Vahalla.

I think most people (well at least a lot of ;) ) aleready knew that... given the time since BG2 was released there's hardly anything someone hasn't found before :D
There are three kinds of people that no one understands: geniuses, madmen and guys that mumble.
