Rescuing Claire in Brynnlaw?

I have fought Lady Galvena and Vadek holding Claire hostage. After defeating them I try to get Claire, but she´s angry (red circle) and I can´t talk to her or get her out of there. I have tried dispel magic and charm person and have waited for her to cool down. (I also accidentely killed her, major drop in reputation.... 7 points...) Any advices?

Some possibilities:
1. Have you used any area effect spells during fighting Galvena? Did Claire get hit or affected by a spell during the fight?
2. Have you talked with the girl which was forced to be a prostitute (sorry, I cannot remember her name right now) first?
No matter what happened, you are in troubles. I recommend to reload. Or you can ignore the lost quest and continue to Asylum. The "Claire Affair" does not involve the people needed later. Claire is here to provide information only.

Hi Radek! Thank´s for the advice. I now recall that the first time I walked into the romm, I got defeated by Galvena so the second time I used a miscast magic on the mage before the conversation started (and before he and Galvena turned hostile). Perhaps Claire got pissed then? Anyways I will reload and try again.
By the way, do you know how to get the character sounds in wav-format? (especially Minsc!!)
