Master Npc's

i was wondering if anyone knows where the master NPC's Are. The master NPC are the people that can train a certain skill all the way up to 100. if anyone knows where i can find some. i found one already.(the tower on the southern part of dagon fel on the shore. he can teach unarmored and 2 other ones that u dont remember. but anyways if anyone can help me thanx
