How do you get the cheats to work. I've already done (nearly) everything in BGII and decided to go try out some cheats.
unfortunately THEY DON'T WORK FOR ME!
AAAAAAHHHHHHHHH! : )

anyway...ahem... i put Debug Mode=1 under the program options in the Baulder.ini file but the console still won't open. (yes i saved, and i'm useing ctrl + space bar to/try open it)

any help would be appreciate

This might or might not be it, but i think it has to be

Debug Mode = 1

or at least fit the same format as the rest.

I just tried it.
unfortuately it didn't work, all the other ones follow 'no space before = thing'

Put both of the following under Program Options in your Baldur.ini file:

Debug Mode=1
Cheats=1

To bring up the game console to enter the CLUA codes, press <CRTL> space. Refer to the Power Users.txt file in your game directory for more details.

i got it working

one more question though, does anybody know where i can get an xp cap remover - i just found out that i couldn't get past the cap with the cheats like in bg1 and i want my characters to contiue 'growing'
