Tortured Souls Patches?

A while ago I downloaded everything I needed (or so I thought ...) for the Big Picture mod. However, they seemed pretty firm on requiring a clean install of BGII, and since I didn't feel like doing a complete reinstall at the time, I didn't actually install it ...
Now I plan to check it out, and one of the requirements is Tortured Souls (which I have), plus the patches - which I don't have!
I've tried searching with Google, but all I can find is the main file and links to teambg (which is down ...). So I'm looking for the 5.0.3, 5.04, and 5.05 patches for Tortured Souls. Does anyone know where I can get them?
