I am currently playing a game using only Jaheira as a female NPC. However in the druid grove she was threatened by some low life thief who demanded money for her release. I obviously told him to bugger off and after I kicked thier asses, Jaheira was less than pleased at my response. I am now finished the asylum and have not had any further romantic suggestions from Jaheira. Has refusing to pay for her release affected her reactions in the romance sub story??? I now have Imoen so it's no big deal. Was just wondering if anyone else has encountered this.

* = doesn't matter

The best way is either to let them take you as a hostage, or to pay the gold. Just don't beg or act like you don't care about Jaheira.

You as hostage (suffer 50% HP): *-1-1-*
Offer gold (lose 5000gp, it think you get them back at the end of the fight): *-1-3-* or *-2-*
