Sapith/upari crystals - slightly SPOILERISH

During my previous play-through, I could have sworn that I got 2 upari crystals and 1 sapith crystal from the ancient temple. This time around, it looks like I instead got 2 sapith crystals and 1 upari crystal. Has this happened to anyone else and does anyone know why? Or am I going completely crazy?
