I have lots of items that are unidentified where can I fix that? The characters don't have a skill to do it and the smithy doesn't. Where can I find out what the items are? Also is there any place where you can rest and be restored and not just use your skills?

At Unorna, the gypsy, you can buy scrolls of Spirit's Touch. Those are used to identify stuff. This ability is found in the discipline Auspex. Serena, the girl you get after killing the golem, has that discipline.

As human you will be healed when talking to Anezka. As vampire, not that I know of. You'll have to get hold of blood and use blood healing. Townsfolk always seem to make the guards come, so I prefer to suck the guards myself. If you want to do it the safe way, use the monks in Petrin Hill Monastery - they are used to it and won't complain.
