In the daedra ruin of ald velothi there is a escaped slave. I charmed him and brouth hilm to the searchers. Those attacked the slave but I killed them. But wat was the real thing with him. Becouse all the slave said was that he was hiding. ANd then ofcourse I say even if I dont want to Goodby.

You can escort him to the docks in town where there is a boat to take him to freedom.

You should get a quest to get him to docks here. The quest giver is in Vivec, though, the daughter of Duke, cannot recall the name, Ilmenis or something like. You should run into the quest if you have released enough slaves to get the Twin Lamps passphrase and then respond correctly to Lady Dren. Either it may also be available if you joined Hlaalu.
