In a tome I found this guy. HE attacks me, I kill him. BUT...this char was a part of main quest blabla. But his helm is nice.PLUS i never used him for mainquest. Waths the deal. Thanks anyway

You might want to do a web search with such questions that don't require opiniions. I found more than 20 listings, and the lead one explained that it didn't break any quest, despite the message.
Please keep web searches in mind. They can get you some answers much quicker.

When Bethesda were making the game they were planning to make him part of the main quest, but then changed their mind and just forgot to get rid of the warning, so it is alright to kill him.
