I read somewhere that Imoen and Jahera's old BG1 Portraits were available in BG2, and that you could manually reset them back to their old portraits (and I do agree that their old portraits looked better ...). However, I couldn't find those files anywhere! Does anyone know where they are, if they even exist? Actually, I don't even care about files, is there any kind of executable I could download somewhere that might do this for me, or any other method of changing NPC portraits?

They're actually in the game itself as options for your pc. You can use Shadowkeeper to give 'em to Jaheira.
