Killing Hard-Heart (Fighters Guildmaster) *Spolier*

Warning: Some spoilers about the Fighter's Guild and Thieves Guild quests!

















Is there anyway to kill Hard-Heart without having the rest of the characters in Vivec Fighters Guildhall come after you?

I tried taunting / intimidating him but he doesn't attack. Can it be that my Speechcraft is too low? I occasinally succeed in taunting and intimidating the guy.

I tried getting myself caught stealing but that doesn't work. The only thing left to do is to kill off the 3 Thives Guild Bosses but I do not want to do that.

Taunt him.Taunt him. Keep doing so until he attacks you. You need to succeed 3 to 4 times to get an attack.

Frenzy humanoid makes a person more susceptible to taunts. A high enough frenzy spell can even get him to attack you on the spot.

There are also some alternative ways:
1. Have CE chameleon 100 pts on
2. Get into the room Hard-Heart is, and lock the door with a spell. They'll still come after you, but I think you can resolve that by paying bounty.
