Before I say anything I want to know if this has ever been done.Is it possible to create a mod that let's you create new cities, wepons, armor, spells, character designs, cloths, or even guilds? If so, I would like to make this mod with one, some, or even all these things. This will be a mod project, which means we will have many groups working on it. Once we have all of the groups settled we will start the project.

This project starts in a month so we hav A LOT of time to think about what exactly we are going to do.

If you really want to make a mod, the first step is to learn mod code. Asking if it's possible to make mods doesn't inspire confidence. Go out and round up some Morrowind modding tutorials. Read the Elder Scrolls modding forum. Once you've learned the necessary skills, then come forward, and try to seek other modders for a group project. Otherwise, you're going to come across like a person walking into a architectural firm who says, "Wow, I love buildings and stuff! Can I build one? Huh?
