HoF level 9 spells no funktion!?

On level 30 in HOF the level 9 spells for clerics and druids cant be used,
it saids "Beyond casting ability"
wounder how I can change it to work!Any idea?

you need to have level 19 wisdom to cast level 9 spells with clerics/rangers/paladins/druids

you can buy every god ring from nathaniel(kuldahar) it has +5 wisdom... and some potion adds wisdom too permanetnly
