I have both SoA and ToB installed.
But right now I am in chapter 3-4 of SoA.
When is the best time to go to Wathcher's keep dungeon? In SoA or ToB? Or maybe it dosn't matter when I do it?
I mean will it change something about difficulty, items, exp, monsters...?
When will YOU suggest I visit it - please argue why

Personally I do it fairly early, as there's some nice items (and a lot of XP) you can pick up from there. Personally, I'd also say it was the most interesting quest to do. The unfortunate part is you do pick up some items that get combined into artifacts in TOB, that are useless to you in SOA - but you can always hold onto them until you get there, so no big deal.
Now if you go there, and you get some message along the line of "maybe you should go and come back when you're more experienced ...", then you probably should listen. While you can ignore the advice and go anyway, I've heard that they downgrade the monsters, and you lose out on some of the goodies.

this is true. you miss out on a damn good sword on the first level.
i usually do the first level in chapter six. occasionally the second level also. but as i tend to keep to four person parties, my experience on average tends to be higher than the 6 person at this point so if i was using a 6 person party, maybe i'd only do the first level.

Do you mean
Foebane? I know about that. I was very frustrated when i first entered the dungeon (to get the ammo belt & quiver of plenty), killed the guys who hold it and saw they didn't drop it (i was surpised there were so few, so about 3-4 of them aren't spawned). I reloaded a quicksave from right before the fight and re-entered the dungeon in ToB, but apparently the dungeon is set when you enter it. I got desperate and CLUA'd the sword in
