Mournhold problem

Game played fine all the way to killing Dandras Vules. When he goes into his final speech the frame misbehaves. His words just keep repeating in the dialogue box, so I am unable to kill him and can do nothing but exit the game. Very frustrating. Any ideas?

Have you tried cleaning your disc and xbox? Making sure there are no scratches on your disc?

I am playing the game on PC. Disc looks as clean as a whistle.

I had this problem. You've got Bloodmoon installed and don't have the latest patch. I can't remember if this happens if you install Tribunal after Bloodmoon and its fixed by a patch, or if its just them both installed without the patch, whichever it is, it can be fixed by the latest patch, version 1.6something. Try the offical website (check the Yellow Pages) to download the patch.
