Wings of the Queen of Bats

At the Unofficial Morrowind guide

Under the Items List there is a Weapon (near the bottom of the list) called the Wings of the Queen of Bats, can someone on the PC look under the editor and tell me where this item is?

Seems like it's nowhere. Item count in world is 0. Pity since it looks really cool, or atleast the inventory picture does.
And since you're on X-Box you can't use the console
That's no fun...
Well at least it's not that powerful. 1-44 ,1-33,1-4 and a value of 12000. Even the enchantment is only Drain Health 1-10 points for 30 seconds...
But it would still be cool to have it in my collection...

Hmm, let's see.
Shimsil
Short Blade
Found on Delvam Andarys, Telvanni hireling in Mawia, south-east from Molag Mar. It's one of those round citadels inhabited usually by necromancers. Try going east from Molag Mar over the water and onto the island. Mawia is on the island just south of that island. There is path of rocks between the two islands so you shouldn't miss it.

Shimsil is, IIRC, and enchanted ebony shortsword.
