Ok guys, I'm again stuck!! Grr, well firstly everytime I entered the Iron Throne, I kept getting a cut scene, its very annoying, just wondering if theres a way to solve it.

But the reason why I'm really stuck is that I've gotten the gee's removal scroll for Lothander, met him, been told where Marek is, then I go to the blushing mermaid, however, Marek is no where to be found, I only have a few more days left till I die! Heeeeelp, its REALLY annoying, because I wanna carry on playing!

Reload a save game. It helped for me, i think it's a glitch. The autosave from before entering BG- NE will do.

I tried to loading before, but it seemed to stay messed, but I'll try again, I hope your right, and thanks.

Hmm, guys this is really frustrating, is there a way (possibly with Gatekeeper, I would need directions on where to find it though, heh, also how to use it.) But is there a way to make Marek appear, or make it give me the cure message by editing the game? or something of that nature, I am thinking I might need to make a run for candle keep and the rest of the game, before everyone on my team dies!

Try to find a creature list for BG1 and use the
CLUAConsole:CreateCreature("") command.

Edit: found one. Surprisingly, marek's name is "marek"!

Thanks alot, just wondering though, what is the CLUAConsole, and where can I find it? also, do you think this will start allowing me to take quests?

"CLUAConsole" is just a word you have to type in the chatscreen to make clear you're cheating.

Probably you don't know how to enter the console (or chatscreen) either. Go to your baldurs gate folder, and edit the file baldur.ini with notepad or a similar text program. Then, under the Program Options tab, type the line Debug Mode=1. Then press Ctrl+Space ingame to open the console

Hmm, didn't work, ... well it made him appear, but you know, not the solution, I dunno, its a gay bug, annoying, makes me redo the whole South BG screen, very dodgy, canceled all quests and stuff, stopping me from getting new ones, so I guess I'll get back when I got my next in game problem.

You probably searched there yourself, but just to be sure: did you check on the first floor of the bar? That's where Marek is.
