How do I get her? I redeemed her, and she's waiting in the circle. I remember getting her the first time through KOTOR but this time she seems to be just standing there always repeating "I do not know..." or something like that and refuses to join, well not refuse, but no option to join.

I have done all quests aswell, just the ruins left. After that I'm leaving the planet, so how do I get her?

Finish the ruins, (finding the Star Map, etc.) and then when you go to the Jedi Council, they will send you on your quest throughout the galaxy and they'll tell you that Juhani requested to go with you. You can't get her until you are ready to leave.
