im doing quest for the guy in the fort i forget what its called and i dont know how to find out what makes the soilders morale low does anyone know who to talk to to find out because im stuck

lack of booze did it. talk to the priest, break into his office and look around, then talk to the captain again.

i thought that might be it but i didnt know who to talk to thanks

i talked to the preist but i have no idea where his office is maybe i talked to the wrong guy

his office is in the imperial shrine thing in fort frostmoth, just wander around in it untill you find him, then jimmy open his cabinet and you find the booze, then you talk to him and confront him about it

there is no cabinet anywhere

wait i thought he was in the imperial cult shrine and his room was in the armory... must be my imagination

try the elderscroll 3 forums. i know i found that info on there about 6 months ago. failing that, maybe someone knows the journal entry it would be under and you can just re read what you need to do. but for sure there is a priest there that has been stopping the booze flow and he does have it stashed in his room. the forts not that big, just wander around till you find the right place.

a cabenit or a closet or a desk or soemthing of that nature, just jimmy it open and steal his booze!

yeah i found it in the armorer place upstairs and now im way past that
