I've been through the game (with no expansions) once. I've been meaning to play it again sometime...

with the expansion included hmm i think the total adds up to 0..
i installed it again today and i got bored before kuldahar, it's so unbelievable boring IMO and the amount of reloading is wayy up there somewhere

Once with HoW and TotL, three times just the original game. I bought it separately before I learned about HoW.
