Hello

First time through and a couple questions for you all?

First off what am I supposed to do with Nebs Head- I got it when I was doing the artist quest for the temple of Helm and Jaheira said we should report him to the authorities but I can't find any that want it.

My PC is a thief/mage of Neutral Good alignment. Have gotten the quest for the theif stronghold but haven't done it yet. Jaheira and Minsc both complained about "running errands for theifs." I also have Keldorn and Aerie and Amonen in my party and don't want to upset any of them. Will they get mad if I do this quest and have the theif stronghold. And where do I get the quest for the mage stronghold? Not sure which one I should do either way!!

Was pleased to find that ONE summoned fire elemental did a great job in the lair of the beholder- just ran him and my PC through and killed all the gauths and beholders and the unseeing eye without a point of damage to the characters.

I am sure I will have more questions as I get further along, thanks for all your help!!

You can get Neb's head to the Government District, to the Government Building there ... fair chance you'll encounter the autorities there

Just give the head to the guy who's all the way at the opposite wall of the door through which you enter.

Not sure about the Thief Guild Quest, but I don't think your characters will do more than complain. It shouldn't ruin your game.

You can aquire the mage Stronghold Quest also in the Government Building - just talk to a guy named Tolgerias there; he's a member of the Cowled Wizards.

Lotsa spoilers ahead, embrace yourself:

Neb's Head - take it to the government district, the big building to the north. There's someone in the end of the corridor who will take it.

Thief Stronghold - Sometimes the NPCs complaint about various subjects, but as long as they don't complain at least twice or say something along the lines of "one more time and I'll leave", you've nothing to worry about.

Fire Elementals - One of the best summon in the game, it can be summoned quite early using Jaheira or Cernd, and it's very verstile. Notice your opponents will not use magical spells against it while sent alone, so it's excellent for beholders, mages, bandits, etc.

Hmmm - when sent in alone - I find than my fire elem. get targeted by death spells, domination and more.
