How do i get the people at Falcons Ache to leave?
I've tried to locate "Torringsdale Logging Co." (is it a town or mebbe a company in a town?) ,and talk with the boss, but i haven't found anythin...
Just give me a little clue, not the whole thing...a name, coordinates, a
town...
Thanks!

How to solve Falcon Ache

[Update] Torringsdale Logging Co. is the group in Falcon Ache. I have only used a method to get the Ache to kill the loggers. I may have ran into the quest to find the company but I don't rememnber it.[/Update]
I solved Falcon Ache by casting a non-offensive spell scroll. The othe men attack me but at that time I hold only a staff and the active spell is healing. The Ache responds by killing the loggers. Don't equip a heavy weapon or you'll be attacked too.
The spell I use to cause this action is called Drain Will which is also available in Magic shops as a scroll.
I've also got them to attack me after casting Heal, Heal Poision and Major Heal. So it realy just taking action using a non-offensive spell to get them to attack and Falcon Ache kills them off. There is a locked chest containing some gold but don't try and bash it open.

Wow, all that effort and the game provides you the option no matter your intelligence to goad them into attacking you through dialogue. Just skip your turn if you have turn based combat on.

I guess I said too much in my response. No I don't use any effor I just run into the area and immediatly cast a spell and the men attack me and Falcons Ache does the rest.
My previous response was to show any non-offesive spell would work. No talking is needed. This game likes to be tricky when talking to NPC. Why bother.

Hmmm ... I just did that part this morning before work.
I was able to convince them that I worked for Bates (his name seems to weild some influence) and that there was a property dispute being done in courts (trying to do a map dispute with surveyors got me nowhere ... reload

), and that I'd put in a good word for him.
No violence, no problem.

This requires points in persuasion (and charisma).

I just goad them into attacking me. I save beforehand though as it seems to be a gamble as to whether you survive or whether you are consumed with the loggers :/

I should have figured as much ... I guess being a persuasive mage has benefits other than familiarity with the reload key
