I need a fireball scroll

I'm a 5th level wizard but haven't found or been able to purchase a fireball scroll yet. Can anyone tell me where to find or purchase one?

if i remember right you can get it in horde fortress insede or outside...
other spells can be bought from Targos... Talk to green robed elf wizard.. there is also some quests...

Green robed elf wizard? Lord Ulbrek's wife? She's got spells, but not fireball. I'll check the fortress. Thanks.

It's very common to miss some important spell scroll in IWD2, so I prefer sorcerers
