I have played through the game with Anomen in my party several times. Always going for the "good" path. This time, something I haven't experienced before (at least not as I can recall) happened.

I had just finished the Windspear hills dungeon (before going to Spellhold), and when I got outside, a guy came with a letter to Sir Anomen. The letter was about the death of his father, who had been killed by the same guy that his father suspected of his sisters murder. Anomen got very upset and started blaming me for his sisters death, even when I'm having a romance with him (me being a female cavalier). He left the party without dropping any eq, or giving any information about where he was going. I have checked his fathers house, the most radiant heart building, copper coronet, and all other places where you could think he should be.

I would truly appreciate it if someone could tell me how (and if) I can get him back. Maybe it is a time depending thing? In that case. How much time?

Have you tried the Saerk estate in the Bridge District?

Yes, all the guards in the Saerk estate are dead, and one servant tells about a knight coming there slaying everyone. He said the order is investigating it (or something) and that he thinks the guy who did it (Anomen) should go to prison.
I once more tried going to the order talking with everyone, but noone said anything about Anomen. Then I went to the council of six building and talked to everyone there aswell. Without any results.
I tried sleeping for several weeks to see if there was some kind of time trigger, but nothing so far

No, he's not in the prison.

But did you search all the Saerk estate?
Because I think I found him there...

@Kevin That part of the quest only happens when you are romancing Anomen. How long was it by the time you got to Saerk's estate? I'm pretty sure it is time-dependent, although I'm not sure how long. You definitely have time to get there from wherever you might be.

Thank you. It seemed I had delayed too long with going to Saerk's estate. I had to use an old savegame. But rather that than losing my boyfriend

Could i please ask you at what point in the game the meesenger brought that letter to Anomen?

I have all but done chapter 2 of the game, and was wondering when its going to happen? (Day number or something?) I have done the rest of the Anomen Romance bit - though someone has told me if he referred to my character as a 'dark flame' on the 'morning after' that means he has dumped my character and it will never happen! I can't remember if he did say this or not, i just don't want to keep hanging around for it!

Any ideas as to the timing of it would be much appreciated!
