Does Yoshimo *have* to be in your party when you make the journey to Spellhold if you want to do his black heart quest?

SPOILER(highlight to read): yes. yoshimp appears after irenicus flees and explains that he was under the geas, but his is only because if yoshimo is in your party, he is the one that drugs you on the ship over, rather than saemon.
