Here is your opportunity to give a big shout-out to DW on the anniversary of her birth. In her last BD thread, we were able to convince her to dance on a table, so I am hoping we can top that this year.

Congrats DW, may you have a good one
And I would like to see that dance, was it recorded by any chance?

You are a day early as well

Funny... I don't have any recollection of that...
As far as convincing goes.. well everybody has their price...
Sytze,
cheers!
Er... well I am hoping that HLD wasn't anywhere around with his camera.. but since I don't remember the incident...

What are you doing to celebrate (off the board?)

I suspect that most of those pictures are posted over at HLD's blog site.... I think he charges a subscription fee...
Happy Birthday, DW! A day early, then.

@Viv,
er.. would you believe I had actually forgotten it is my birthday tomorrow..
. This morning my partner was making noises about driving down to Seattle for the day, but I was too sleepy to clue in..
I'm not sure if I want to head down to Seattle though; if the weather is nice I might be more inclined to head up to Whistler for the day, maybe do a bit of low-level walking around some of the trails. If we tried to do anything too strenuous I would likely expire on the spot, it has been a while
Hmm... maybe dinner out? My partner was also hinting towards that yesterday... I'm only now connecting the dots...
Thank you Gwally *hug*
If HLD, or anyone else, is making profits at my expense I at least intend to collect a minimum 75% on all accumulated revenues

You forgot your Birthday?
Wow, any activity you choose sounds very fun! That's very thoughtful of him.
Hmmm...my husband bought a hottub you know...don't you think a real life DarkFlame hottub party would be the best birthday though??

Yes, I actually forgot my birthday, that seems to happen more and more frequently as the years pass
Oh my.. now *that* would be one heck of a celebration! Since it would be a birthday party, does that mean everybody is required to show up in their birthday suits?

Something to look forward to then!
Yes, yes it does.
But, suits are not required for any reason unless you happen to be a my mother or father. Of course, I actually had to explain the 'suits required' rule to them to head off the inevitable...

*eek* Yes.... having one's parents descend on your hottub 'sans accoutrements' would be an experience to avoid at all costs!

For some reason my husband had the same expression on his face when I mentioned the possibility...

You are welcome. *hug back* And yes, I had to post a day early to beat the rush. Besides, why not start celebrating early?
Hi Viv! It is so nice to see you again! We will all need directions to your house as well as instruction on how many cases of Tia Marias to bring with us.

Okay, well, first you have to get to Minnesota. I'll meet you all at the MOA near the guy in the snoopy suit!
Gosh, I'll have to think about that! It may have to be a few if we're to live up to our reputation!

*grins* Good point
And it's always nice to have a justification to celebrate.. not that a lack thereof has ever stopped me, but somehow when one has a reason there is less cause to feel as though more mundane tasks are being neglected

Happy Birthday DW.

@T'L,
Thank you!
@BS,
Cheers!
Hmm.. I think Viv is principally taking care of the hottub party arrangements
. Should we add several crates of Turkey in addition to the Tia Maria...
Reminds me... I should stock up on some wine and champagne, since the grape tends to be my beverage of choice
