Tenser Transformation, where to get it?

I'm currently doing my first solo game, and am using a blade, tenser transformation would help me a lot, and i couldnt seem to find it anywhere, i remembered my last time through the game with a full party i bought it at some merchant, does anyone know? or the enemy or quest that i need to do to get it, thanks for the help.

Have you tried the shops in Trademeet? My memory is abit fuzzy, but I vaguely recall getting it somewhere there, after the Druid Grove quest is finished and Ihtafeer is dead.

I think there is a scroll in the lower reaches of the temple sewers (unseeing Eye quest), hidden in the statue that summons spiders when you examine it.

The armorer in trademeet sells some good scrolls, I'm not sure about this one, but that was where Ieldra is probably remembering...
