Does any1 know if there is a bound longbow ring with a constant effect please, and also were it is!!!!!

Not that I'm aware of, many of the items you find are random. However, once you have the necessary components, it is a relatively easy step to have one made

i never found one eighter, so i made one on the construction set... but if you don't know how to do that, then you'll have to have a npc (or yourself) enchant it in the game... (using the soul capture[on a golden saint or {somthing else i can't remember}], soul gems[but you must have a grand soul gem or the azura's star], and a ring)

<note, you CAN summon a golden saint, cast SOUL CAPTURE on it, and then kill it...>

would this do it: "Grand Sould Gem (Winged Twilight)" + Exiusite Ring do it?

By the way, are there other funny soul gems I can steal other places?

no, you need either golden saint, ascended sleeper or a god's soul to be able to create smth with constant effect.

did you just say a god soul? how do i kill any of those creatures, and where do i find them? and most important: am I, a lvl 15.7 Wood Elf Arcer able to kill them?

Golden saints can be found outside daedric ruins and sometimes randomly in the wild.

An Lv.1 character with a couple of rising force potions, some restore health potions, and a good supply of glass arrows should take out a golden saint with no problem.

warning MAJOR SPOILERS for ppl who haven't completed morrowind/tribunal, highlight to read.

With gods soul i mean either the soul of vivec or almalexia(don't know if dagoth ur's soul will do it should, never tried), you can kill both of them if you have tribunal. you must kill Almalexia, if you want to complete tribunal..and you can kill vivec pretty much anytime but completing the main plot is easier if you kill him after defeating dagoth ur

if you buy any bound item spell shouldnt you be able to make a bound bow spell?(or whatever other bound items you want)
