Recruit a Mouth

Alright, I am in House Telvanni and now i need to get a mouth of my own and they say to find fast eddie, where can i find him? ive asked all over Balmora but all they say is "I think Fast eddie is aroudn that rank" so where is he? some help please

i thought fast eddie was in the telvanni council hall in sadrith mora(not tel naga)

I know, he lives in balmora on the east side of the river in one of the houses, but you have to go up staires to the door.So like just check there.

Yeah, you can't see his door on the map since it's right on top of the door for I...something. Something short, 4 letters, I think.
