i beat the game.. good and evil.... found the necklace. and now i must battle thunder to marry lady grey... where is he to battle.. the arena is locked... he's not in hobbe cave... nor twinblades camp... help!!!!

Hes waiting for you in Barrowstone Jail.
You get to the jail by passing through Barrowstone North.
He should be waiting for you by the bridge to except your challenge.
