Missing Items

I have just finished sendais lair's and had gotten a page for the golem book and the sword of grief. I went to crespenar but the golem book and the heart of the damned are missing from my bag of holding. Anyone else have this problem and what can be done to fix it ?

I don't know about the golem book, but haven't you used the Heart of The Damned already to upgrade the Short Sword o/t Mask? Check it, and if it's +5, you have already used the hotd. I presume you mean Abazigals Lair, because you mention The Sword of Grief and the Juggernaut Golem Page. Make sure you have the Stone Golem manual before upgrading to Juggernaut.

The game does seem to have a bag of holding bug -- I've had a whole bunch of items disappear on me... I finally gave up and used ShadowKeeper to edit the items back into my bag.
