Hi to all!

I've been wondering; is there any additional info about those golden pantaloons in BG1 or those silver ones in BG2 ???
I'm really curious about that.

Anywayz, I love playing RPGs besides the fact that having this bl00dy job won't allow me to have any free time all and i feel very good finding this forum.

Once again, hello 2 all - i'm happy 2 b here
:)

You get the Silver pantaloons by doing the Buried Alive quest the "evil way",meaning you take ransom for Lady Elgea.

Taken form D. Simpson's BG2 FAQ:

"Alternatively, you could force her to remain here until you collect the Ransom.Check the dresser by the bed to get the Ransom Note, which tells you where and when. Then go at nightfall to the Copper Coronet.Talk to Welther there and he gives you the "agreed upon" item, the Silver Pantaloons."

Hey!
I'm a good character and cannot do things "the evil way"!

In other words, if those pantaloons were -really- important in the game, then there should be another way to be obtained if someone is neither neutral nor evil.

Anywayz, as Kevin said, since that Wormy Hellcar guy searched for the item code and didn't find it, i guess those guys @ bioware are trying to feel out (sound) what gamers expect to happen with those pants in order to adjust neverwinter nights' senario ...

(Am i being insane or what?)
