Damage: 1d6 (no save)
Range: 120 feet
Area: 1 creature

Does this mean i can do 1d6 damage using the ring on one creature? does it have one charge? thast all it says...

and i saved and boguht it and put it on but i couldnt figure out how to use it...btw is this ring even worth it?

thx

its a little more useful in bgi where the baddies aren't so tough imo, you use your char's bag/item icon and select it, then aim at a target with the magic pointer, the target will get zapped like a ag's scorcher, 1 shot uses one charge, the ring will come with a fair number of charges

ya it doesn't do enough damage, magic resistance will block it i think, it's nice it has no save though

Charged items like the Ring of Energy or magic wands can be "recharged".
If you sell them to a merchant and then buy (or better steal ;) ) it back, it will have full charges again.

Re: Numinor.

I was very pleasantly surprised when I bought back my Wand of Flamestrike... and it had 100 charges! WOW! That thing only came with 5, and I bought it from a merchant that way!
