when am i allowed to use the special abilities after i've selected them? jaheria just leveled up and i choose storm of vengence but it doesn't show up under the special abilities or in her spell book. but with me (pladin) i was able to use whirlwind attack right after i chose it. is it that one can select the ability any time but only use it after the char reaches a certain level?

I got those spells with Viconia, and they appeared on the level 7 page in my spell book. You have to memorize them.
