What is searing trough your eardrums while playing Morrowind?

As we all know, you can place any mp3 you want in the Data Files\Music folder to listen to the kind of music you like when playing everyone's favorite game. So, which songs do you listen to when playing Morrowind?
My explore folder:
Some songs of the Buena Vista Social Club, Emma Shaplin, Madredeus, Tim Hutton, Bram Vermeulen, Led Zeppelin, Radiohead, Harvey Andrews & Graham Cooper, and various classical compositions from Vivaldi, Bach, etc.

In my combat folder I've only added 2 songs, being Welcome to the Jungle from Guns 'n Roses and Another One Bites the Dust of Queen. It rocks when you struck the killing blow on an opponent (*cough* acertaindagoth *cough*) while hearing Freddy Mercury's raw voice screaming "And another one bites and another one bites, another one bites the dust!"

I only have the box version so I dont have a custom soundtrack but I Love the original score for the game. my friend used to play for hours while I sept and so I used to fall asleep to the music from the game. its very relaxing.

i have the custom ability, but Asher speaks my mind...the score is very well placed and deserves attention.even if it isn't orchestra-played, it well enough brings the mood to the right place....i had the oportunity to play the main theme infornt of the pepole and they've been thrilled by it (still....when i said it was a "computer game" tune the mood did setback...silly)
....but still...if i wanted to replace it, it would be smoe Mike oldfield tune, Enigma...smoething that involeves philosophy and music....

....though a good enough rock tune would work great also :D (wouldnt mind playing cream's "strange brew" when mixing a potion ;) )

Try Mozart's Requiem as the battle tune (especially nr. 3, Dies Irae) It's the funeral\death symphony, and it really has some hard hitting tunes. It's the hard rock of classical music

LOL! That *is* a good one. :) So is the final movement to Rimsky-Korsakov's Schererazade, for combat, but then I'm a sucker for the Russian Nationalist movement of the late 19th century.

Or maybe Mahler's 8th symphony or Beethoven's 5th. Both are of the same genre (Mahler's got a chorus of a thousond people, often referred to as "The Symphony of a Thousand Voices")

@ fable, I just knew you would comment my post ;)

I would listen to music on my x-box while playing, but i dont like listening to the words while i play. And i dont know how to just play the musical part. I also prefer to listen to rock. For sum reason it really multiplies the way i feel after i feel like i did sumthin cool

did anyone ever see that movie Requiem for a dream? I would like to put that tune into a custom soundtrack for morrowind. if you saw the movie youll know which one I mean. I also think the music form lord of the rings would give it an interesting feel. I dont know why but I just cant see putting rock or rap into this game, ah, to each there own right

I'd never had the briliant idea to put my own mp3's in the music map. :(

You mean "Lux Aeterna" by Clint Mansell. Now THAT is a really great melody, I seriously love how it builds up to the climax, it is so great! :D

When it comes to combat music, you can't go wrong with this:

Scooter: Fire :p
