to somhow give my char, a tail?
Or give him glowing eyes like the monk gets on lvl 20, with out being monk!
By makeing som sort of script or some thing?

Hmmm, iirc there are NWN "Character Generators" out there that allow you to choose such things while making your chara - but for all I know it isn't possible to add such stuff -after- the chara is already finished.
So, if you already played with that chara, you can not add those gimmicks anymore. If you plan on making a new chara with such looks, browse around a bit on the big NWN sites like for example nwvault. They should have one or two such Chara-generators available for download.
