Don't know how some items work

What's the difference between the Naplam bomb and the white phosphorous grenade?
And what do the light- enhancing goggles and the satchel charge do?

The satchel charge is for blowing things up of course, but i wouldn't know the answer to your other questions. The light enhancing goggles probably give you better sight in dark places, but i prefer something more sturdy on my skull. :D

Like is said in the other thread, i stick to medieval weaponry. First of all, i always make sure i bring the Aikurn sword with me to the future, as well as that hook-like kind of thing you find in House de Hexe. All "aggrevated damage" items will travel with you to the future, as well as all special rings, amulets and insulated armour. I simply don't like to carry ammo around for my modern day weaponry.

Well, I tried using the satchel charge, but she (Lily) threw it a pathetic distance, so I ran away quickly before it blows up on me, but it didn't blow up!
I got a theory it's a proximity mine, I'll test it.

And even if you use medieval weapons, using the grenades is still a good choice. 100 fire damage is not something to look down upon.

And I know what you mean about the use of melee weapons....... I myself have the Anikurn sword (duh. And modern Christof looks so cool with it too), the beserker fang, the femur, the ivory bow (was pointless to bring it to the modern times), insulated light helm (was on me when I finished Vysehrad Castle), heartshield (was also in my inventory when I finished Vysehrad Castle, but I don't use it), and an exquisite battle axe (from the last teutonic knight captain). Turns out it remains for the modern times too. Was fun chasing around with it the Leopold guys. Kinda like "uuhhh there's a crazy guy with an axe running after me! :D . and it's nice for Pink, although I prefer to give him the chainsaw :D :D (but when he's out of bullets and both the axe and chainsaw are in his inventory the game prefers to use the axe). I tought bringing with me an insulated great shield, but I thought that would be too much; I won't need THAT much and besides, gotta move on with the times, right?
But modern weapons ARE good, too. The Uzi (submachine gun) is quite powerfull, not to mention the chaingun. And having your party all equiped with a chaingun, grenade launcher, flamethrower, and a rocket launcher is soo cool, and sooo much fun. And it is effective, provided you control them right (which isn't too tough). I walk around with all my inventory filled with ammo, I got enough firepower and ammunition to take out a small army (or not so small :p ) and when I run out of ammo, I can either Walk the Abyss and get some more, or switch to melee. Oh, and my christof in melee kicks so much ass... but I guess anybody's christof at that point would kick ass, no matter how you build him.
And even if you do prefer melee weapons, you should still consider using a taser. 20 electric damage is like 20 aggrevated, but better.
I also don't know which one to use, the femur or the black gloves, since I don't know how much damage the femur does. I guess it does more than the gloves, but for now I use the gloves since its much cooler (and I've used the femur enought in it's day).

Oh, and how can you get a stake gun? I've never seen one in the shops, but I've seen it on enemies!

They drop off the bodies of your dead enemies i suppose, although i haven't seen many of them either.
