i got this quest from the prelate in the Radiant Heart as my first quest. i go to the bridge district but i cant find anything.

Please help

Try walking as far into the top-right-hand-corner of the district map as you can, behind the cluster of buildings.

At least, that's where the gang has always spawned in any game that I've played...
