I don't know what's going on

At chap 6, i can really kick her @$$, and, even if i can hurt her with hundreds of points of damage, she remains at "near death", and when i kill her using shapeshift to mindflyer plus timestop, she doesn't turn into a ghost and therefore, i can't stake her in her coffin.

What can i do to obtain the elves' lantorn? i mean, besides sk or CLUA it in?

Did you have Protection from Undead on? I think she's meant to talk to you before she die, but can't see you when you have Protection from Undead on.

theres also some rare bugs that can cause this. I've heard of the exact same thing happening with Irenicus at the final battle, guy couldn't kill him, he was at near death for an hour. Had something to do with some script or dialogue not activating and resolving properly or something. Which maybe, as sabre says, that you have that spell on, but if you don't have the spell on, it maybe that before the fight even started some script didn't go off properly. In that case your only option may be to reload or use sk/clua.

Did you put the holy water in the blood fountains? You have to weaken Bodhi before she will die.

Pretty similar thing happened to me when defeating kangaxx, I put protection from undead on everey partymemberafter the fight started, and the protection from magic scroll on kangaxx and he just wouldn't die because he couldn't talk to me, then I left my protagonist without protection from undead, until the demi-lich came and then put the protection from undead on him and the demi-lich was a piece of cake, since he just didn't use any of those imprisonment spells. Killed the bastard without taking any damage. But anyway I think you should also check the protection from undead thing.

I had the same problem and could'nt figure it for a while. - Had 3 chaps round her whacking her for ages. Turned out I had Protection from undead on my main character.

She has to speak to your protagonist I think before she dies. I solved this by casting a dispel magic on my main man, she immediatly spoke, then one more hit and she was dead.

The problem *was* protection from undead on, but keldorn dispelled it (i didn't want to wait until the effects could wear off)

Don't you all consider all these little bugs really, really anoying?
