I created an Human Druid/monk/shifter.
I only took 1 level of monk, but as a human i dont get an experience penalty.
But what if i shift into an Minotaur? THen I'm not human anymore, will i get an experience penalty then?

No, you wont.
Your human form changes to Minotaur, but not your rase.(A bit hard to explain)

But you didn't get xp penalty for multiclassing did you?
Btw:
Did you use the spell polymorph or Shape change or were you a shifter?
(because I don't know if shifter change race when using the shift abillity)

I read on some faq that you do get an xp penalty when fighting shifted. Havent tried it though and how would you know if you get penalised?
How did you level up your shifter? Meaning in what order did you take the levels? I want to try one myself but was thinking more along the lines of monk/fighter/druid for weapon spec unarmed and six attacks :)
