Fingerprints on Tatooine

When I win all the swooprace on Tatooine, a Twi'Lek told me to take my fingerprint ... He say I'll become a great racer, and so on ... But I always say "YES" to bring him my fingerprints ... I never say "NO" ...

What's the trip ?? And if I refuse to bring him my fingerprint ?? Is there a simili-quest here ??

No, their is no quest activated either way for this. I guess they just put him their for you to get more of the feel of the game being an rpg.
